DELIVERY SERVICES AT YOUR CONVENIENCE

When purchasing IM Fixed device repairs online, the delivery option is selected at the checkout stage, the options available are post out, call out (selected areas) or visit store.

As the post out service is a signed for service, we are unable to leave your package with a neighbour or a ‘safe’ place. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

YOUR DATA

Please ensure your data is wiped or backed up via your operating system before sending us your device for repair. We do not offer a data recover service. Pins, locks and passwords must be removed before you send us your device. We advise all SIM cards, memory cards and accessories are taken off the device before sending to IM Fixed for repair, as we will not be liable for the loss.

CALL OUT REPAIR SERVICE

Our experienced and qualified repair technicians will come to your home or workplace (or even a hotel) to repair your device securely while you carry on with your day. We ensure your personal account content will remain 100% secure.
Book a 1 hour time slot via SMS or Email for our Technician to come and fix your phone. You only pay after your phone is fixed and the fault is 100% repaired.
All our repairs come with a no quibble 12 month warranty for your peace of mind.

POST -IN REPAIR SERVICE

If you are not located in the Bolton area or can’t make it to our store, you can post your device to us for an express repair service.
We can send you a Post-in Pack with pre-paid postage for your convenience.
Just put your device in the pack and send it back to us.

Note: Our FREE returns address only covers loss of items up to £500, any goods posted will be inspected on receipt. As we provide our own Free Shipping service, we will not reimburse any additional shipping payments made by the customer.
IM Fixed can repair the device the same day and send it back to you via 1st class signed for delivery. Any goods shipped to you must be checked.

IM Fixed guarantee all repairs for 12 months.

WALK-IN REPAIR SERVICE

here is no need to book in advance, walk-in with your faulty phone or tablet and we can repair it while you wait. In most cases we will have it back to you within the hour and 97% of all iphones are returned the very same day. However if you prefer you can also call us to book an appointment at your convenience, we are happy to help.

REPAIR ORDER REFUNDS

If you wish to cancel your repair order, you must do this before you send us your device and your order will be fully refundable. Once we have received the device, we may not be able to cancel your order. If we can’t cancel your order an additional postage charge will be deducted from your repair cost.

If we receive your device and find there is nothing wrong with the device, we will send it back and refund you the difference. Unfortunately there will be a£9.99 handling fee deducted to cover diagnostic and postage costs.

WATER PROOF REPAIRS

Mobile devices that are sold as being waterproof are originally sealed in the manufacturer’s factory with special equipment and liquid proof gaskets. When we carry out a repair on a waterproof device that involves opening and closing the product, we cannot guarantee that your device will be 100% waterproof after the repair process has been completed even though we use grade A Parts and the best techniques.

A few of our repairs are non-refundable, this includes liquid damage | related repairs and diagnostics if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

PRODUCT ORDER REFUNDS

When purchasing refurbished devices from IM Fixed , we give our customers a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the device, you have 14 days to return the mobile device and get a refund if required.  The 14 days starts from the day the customer receives the mobile device. If for any reason the item is exchanged or repaired this does not restart the 14 days.

The customer has 30 days from the date they receive the phone to exchange the refurbished mobile device, after these 30 days the device can only be returned for repair.

You can return the product to us in it’s original condition within the 30 days on receipt of the item. It must be unopened, with seal and shrink wrap intact. We will then issue you a full refund of the price you paid for the item.

Where items are not faulty, you must pay the cost of the return postage. Please get proof of postage when returning any goods to IM Fixed.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds after the 30-day period, where an item is not faulty and we operate a NO FIX, NO FEE policy.

DAMAGED & LOST GOODS

If you receive any posted items damaged by the courier, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours). Make sure you do not throw away any of the packaging as we will need this sent back with the item so we can proceed with the claim, if we do not have the packaging we will not be able to proceed with the claim and repair the device. Please note, claims may take 28 days to complete.

We will not cover damage to devices returned due to a postal handling process and unfortunately is beyond our control. This is our customers responsibility to ensure the parcel is well packaged.

Infrequently, the device might get lost in the post. If this happens IM Fixed will need a copy of the tracking information (barcode) and the original receipt of the purchased item to make a claim. Please note this may take up to 28 days to be processed before any further action can be taken. He courier investigation must be completed before a refund or replacement can be issued.
