Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms of use contained herein.

Payment methods 

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express, Solo, and Delta. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete. It is our policy to report all instances of credit card fraud. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Postage

 

In special circumstances where extra carrier charges apply, you will be notified in advance.

 

Upon placing an order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to customer order information will be made at the discretion of imFixed.

 

All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, your credit card will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

 

After we have received your order, we will send you an email confirming your order and providing you with details of expected delivery time and an order number. If you don’t receive your order confirmation within 24 hours, then please contact us: info@imfixed.co.uk

 

Delivery

 

We aim to deliver goods within 10 days of order, but goods are subject to availability and delays in delivery of goods are sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only, and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods. All deliveries must be made within 30 days.
