Warranty
At imFixed, we provide clear and fair warranty coverage across repairs, refurbished devices, and retail products.
Warranty terms depend on the service or product purchased and apply from the date your repair is completed or your product is purchased.
Repair Warranty (Phones, Tablets, Laptops & Consoles)
All standard repairs carried out by imFixed include a 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
What This Covers
- The original fault repaired by imFixed
- Replacement parts supplied and fitted by us
- Labour required to correct a covered fault
If the same fault reoccurs within the warranty period, we will repair it again at no additional cost.
The warranty applies only to the original device and customer and does not transfer if ownership changes.
Diagnostics & Fault Assessment
- Phones, tablets, laptops & consoles:
Diagnostics are free for standard faults.
If we cannot repair your device, you will not be charged. - Water / liquid damage repair or cleanup:
A £25 diagnostic fee applies to all liquid-damaged devices.
This fee is non-refundable due to the extensive inspection, cleaning, and testing required and is not deducted from the final repair cost.
Repair Warranty Exceptions
Water / Liquid Damage Repairs
- Covered by a 30-day warranty
- Warranty applies only to parts replaced during the repair
- Does not cover future corrosion or unrelated faults
Logic Board Repairs
- Covered by a 30-day warranty
- If the repair fails within this period, we will attempt a re-repair
- If unsuccessful, a refund for the repair may be issued, excluding the diagnostic fee and any non-reusable components
Refurbished Phones & Tablets
All refurbished phones and tablets purchased from imFixed include a 12-month warranty.
Covered
- Hardware faults not caused by accidental or liquid damage

- Accidental or liquid damage
- Software issues caused by updates, apps, or user changes
- Normal wear and tear
New Devices & Accessories
New Devices
New devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not the imFixed repair warranty. Warranty duration and claims are handled in line with the manufacturer’s terms.
Accessories
Accessories such as chargers, cables, cases, and headphones are covered against manufacturing defects only.
Physical damage, misuse, and wear and tear are not covered. Warranty periods may vary by product.
What Is Not Covered (All Warranties)
- Accidental or impact damage
- Liquid damage (unless specifically repaired by imFixed)
- Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
- Software faults not caused by imFixed
- Devices or products that have changed ownership
- Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties
Any signs of accidental or liquid damage to parts fitted by imFixed will void the warranty.
Important Information
- Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repairs
- imFixed is not liable for data loss or corruption
- Water-resistant devices cannot be guaranteed to remain waterproof after repair
- Cosmetic imperfections may remain where frames or housings were previously damaged
- Devices or products not collected within 60 days may be disposed of responsibly
Refunds, Repairs & Replacements
- Refunds are issued only after a repair attempt or if a device is confirmed as irreparable within the warranty period
- Retail products are subject to UK consumer rights and manufacturer policies
- imFixed may offer repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion where applicable
