At imFixed, we aim to make our delivery process as simple and secure as possible.

Delivery Options

You can choose from the following delivery methods at checkout:

  • Post-In Repair Service – Send your device to us using a tracked and signed-for courier. Once repaired, we’ll return it via 1st Class Signed For delivery.

  • Call-Out Service – Available in selected areas; our technician will come to your home or workplace.

  • In-Store Drop-Off – Visit us directly at our Bolton store for same-day or while-you-wait repairs.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, depending on stock and repair requirements.
We aim to deliver all goods within 10 working days, but delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service.
In special cases where extra carrier charges apply, you will be notified before shipping.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Do not dispose of the packaging, as it may be required for courier claims.
In the unlikely event your parcel is lost, please provide tracking details so we can begin an investigation with the courier (claims can take up to 28 days).

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your contact and delivery details are correct before placing an order, as we cannot change addresses once dispatched.
When sending devices to us, ensure they are securely packaged and that all personal data, SIM cards, and accessories are removed.
