If your within 15 miles of the store we also offer a call out repair which is where we come to you and repair your device outside home or desired location.

How long do Mail-in repairs usually take?

Once we have received the device it could take 1-3 days, if the repair is more complex or we diagnose further issues, it could possibly take a few more days.
